Ive lost all faith in man kind as of earlier today. Before I go into it, ill give you folks a little background. Im 21, I work in the restaurant industry, and I manage a restaurant in the ghetto (oak cliff).
So now back to my tid-bit, this chick comes in today, walks up to the counter. "Hi how are you doing today" I say. I get no reply from this chick, she looks up at the menu points at the pricing on the chicken. "Whats that price for", "Its for one whole chicken" I say. "O, well whats the price for a half". I kindly let the lady know the price, she sits there for a minute staring at the menu the whole time. I swear on my life when I say she looks at me, dead serious and asks the question "Whats the difference between the half and the whole". WTF do you say to that without sounding like a complete asswipe? I feel bad for my reply, but I say "are you serious?". She looks up at me tells me Im rude, turns around and walks out.
